Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Methods
We ship orders using Helthjem, Posten, and Bring, with tracking provided on all shipments. This ensures you can follow your order every step of the way.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
- Standard delivery time is usually up to 6 business days after dispatch.
- For furniture or bulky items, please allow additional time for delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order. You will see the exact shipping cost at step 2 of the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
