This purchase is governed by the standard terms and conditions for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet, in accordance with Norwegian law. The following legislation protects consumers’ rights:
The Contract Act, The Consumer Purchases Act, The Marketing Act, The Right of Withdrawal Act, and The E-commerce Act.

1. The Agreement

The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, information provided during the checkout process, and any specific agreements between the buyer and Eftir AS. In case of conflict, any individually agreed terms will prevail, provided they do not contradict mandatory laws.

3. Price

All prices include VAT and applicable fees. No additional charges will be added unless clearly stated and agreed to before purchase.


4. Conclusion of Agreement

The agreement becomes binding when the buyer submits the order and receives order confirmation.
If there is a clear error in price or description, and the buyer is reasonably expected to notice this, the agreement may be adjusted or voided.


5. Payment

The seller may charge the buyer when the item is shipped.
If paid by card, the amount may be reserved at the time of order and charged upon shipment.
For invoice purchases, payment is due within a minimum of 14 days after receipt.
Buyers under 18 are not eligible for invoice-based payment.


6. Delivery

Delivery occurs when the buyer or their representative receives the goods.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery will take place within 30 days of purchase. Items are delivered to the address provided by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.


7. Risk of Goods

The buyer assumes responsibility for the item once delivery has taken place.


8. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller within 14 days.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, within 14 days of withdrawal notification.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of notice, but the seller may withhold payment until the item is returned or proof of return is provided.

If the item is used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, the buyer may be responsible for a reduction in value.


9. Delays and Non-Delivery

If the seller fails to deliver on time or not at all, the buyer may withhold payment, demand delivery, cancel the order, and/or claim compensation, as outlined in Chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchases Act.
Complaints must be submitted in writing (e.g., by email).


10. Defective Items

If the item has a defect, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after discovering it. The buyer may be entitled to a replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation.
