Which brands do you accept?
We accept handbags from well-known high-end brands such as Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Bottega Veneta, and similar. If you're unsure — feel free to contact us, and we’ll gladly assess it.
How do I send in my bag?
You can either deliver it in person at our store in Oslo or ship it to us securely with tracking. We're happy to assist with shipping options and packing instructions.
What does it cost to sell through you?
We take a commission from the final sale price, which covers authentication, styling, photography, marketing, and sales efforts. The percentage depends on the type and value of the bag — and is agreed upon in advance.
How does the authenticity certificate work?
Every bag we sell undergoes a thorough assessment. We issue a written certificate of authenticity that follows the bag to its new owner, providing reassurance to both seller and buyer.
How long does it take to sell the bag?
Timing depends on the brand, model, and demand. Some bags sell quickly, while others may take a few weeks. We’ll keep you informed along the way.
What if the bag doesn’t sell?
If the bag hasn’t sold within an agreed period, you can choose to retrieve it — completely free of charge. You can also adjust the price or extend the consignment period.
Do I need the original receipt or dust bag?
No, it's not a requirement — but such extras can increase the bag’s value. Bring whatever you have, and we’ll assess the full package.
